Your payment will be processed by WorldPay plc, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of online transactions worldwide. The credit card form is secure and all processing of your payment is automatic. We are not given any details about your account. We believe this is the quickest and safest method of paying for your order, and is the simplest method of making international payments. Your account will be debited in the local currency of your country equivalent to the invoice amount. 
    

Ordering by Mail Order Post

 
If you wish to order a copy of the CD, but are unable to pay using the secure e-payment system above, you should send payment by one of the following methods:

 
* International Money Order

These are also known as Foreign Drafts and can be obtained from your bank. There is usually a fee that you will need to pay to the bank for the issue of this, or ....

* Cheques from a UK Bank Account
This is a convenient method of paying for your order if your have a UK bank account, or ....

* Postal Order (UK only)
Another way of paying for your order and these can be obtained from a UK Post Office. There is a fee payable to the Post Office for this.

The above payments should be in GB Pounds (£ Sterling) only and made payable to 'Step Systems Limited' and sent, together with your address so we know where to send the CD, by registered or recorded airmail to:

We regret that we do not accept CASH, BOOK TOKENS, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DINERS CLUB credit cards, or EUROCHEQUES. We cannot accept cheques drawn on non-UK accounts (even if they are in Sterling) as bank charges are too high; nor do we accept international electronic bank transfer of funds for the same reason - unless you are willing to pay the charges in these cases, in which case, please contact us by email and we will advise you accordingly.
    

Delivery

Delivery of the CD is by airmail using 'International Signed For' Delivery. This requires a signature by the recipient. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Ordering Several Copies

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know if you are not entirely happy with our products or our service so that we can rectify the situation. However, we do not normally make refunds on CDs, but if a CD is damaged in any way or has become lost in transit, please contact us.
  
Postage & Packaging
We use airmail 'International Signed For'. This requires a signature by the recipient.
  
Value Added Tax (VAT)
The price of the CD already includes European VAT.
 
Local Taxes
You are liable for any local taxes that may need to be paid.

We use WorldPay to service your payment to us. This is operated by the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. They are a global leader in online payments with many millions of satisfied customers worldwide. Your payment transaction takes place directly with WorldPay - not with us. When you buy, the transaction is validated by WorldPay and they transfer money electronically from your nominated account into the account that we hold with them. We pay the service charge for this facility. When WorldPay notifies us that your payment has cleared, we will arrange delivery of the goods. We are not given any information about your credit card or bank details.

We take credit card fraud very seriously and if there is any doubt about an order placed, then it will be followed up with an email or call from us to check that it is valid. If we cannot resolve the suspect transaction, it will be cancelled with no notice or correspondence sent. We reserve to right to refuse any order which we deem suspicious, fraudulent or unacceptable for any reason. Additional credit card security checks may be made by us as and when required.
