We produced this Resource Pack earlier on CD to assist those working in the food sector in the developing world to look in a more analytic way at the stages involved in developing food products for mainstream markets. And to help them to identify the work they need to undertake to understand and to break down barriers to enter into these markets in Europe. Although it is specifically about developing products for UK mainstream markets, the lessons are just as applicable to businesses developing products for smaller, regional or local markets in the developing world.
